For the first time, following our BBC Music Magazine Award-winning CD, we present a concert performance of the music from Alceste. Handel’s ravishing score includes powerful choruses, coloratura arias and the beautiful ‘Gentle Morpheus, son of Night’.  Listen to a track from the CD here.
